Where Business Meets Possibility

The operating partner for administration, documents and a clear monthly view.

SP Nexus provides structured support for small, growing and established businesses — administrative hours, a document cadence, bookkeeping capture where included, and a Business Health Score you can actually use.

Mission

Give the business a reliable monthly rhythm — so the owner is not the office.

We do not add services that are not in the package. Core, Elevate and Bespoke are written down: administrative support, documents, email support, a priority action review, a Business Health Score and report — with bookkeeping, trend insight and a dedicated consultant where the package includes them.

Services

What sits in the work

All services

Administrative support

Defined monthly capacity for the operational work that otherwise sits with the owner — correspondence, follow-through, and keeping the office current.

Business documentation

A monthly document cadence so letters, records and operating documents stay current. One document on Core, two on Elevate, and an agreed scope on Bespoke.

Email support

Ongoing email support on every package, with priority handling on Elevate and Bespoke so questions do not wait in a general queue.

Priority action review

A monthly review of what must be done next, so the work of the month is chosen on purpose rather than by whichever request arrived last.

Business Health Score and reporting

A scored view of how the business is running, with a monthly report. Elevate adds trend insight. Bespoke monitoring and reporting is designed around the client.

Bookkeeping capture and summaries

Capture of bookkeeping information and a monthly summary on Elevate, with expanded bookkeeping and monthly reporting on Bespoke.

Strategy and recommendations sessions

Quarterly sessions on Bespoke to review recommendations, priorities and the shape of support for the next period.

Dedicated support consultant

A named consultant on Bespoke, accountable for the relationship, the monitoring, and the quality of the monthly work.

Client platform

The workspace after the arrangement is agreed.

Visitors use the Health Check and packages. Clients use a private portal — scores, documents, invoices and support — isolated from every other account.

Interactive Business Health Check

Fifteen questions across administration, finances, documents, operations and growth — with a score out of 100 and a recommended package.

Business Health Dashboard

Clients see the current score, category breakdown and month-to-month movement in one workspace.

Monthly business recommendations

Each month’s priorities are written down against the Health Score, not left in an inbox.

Client Document Vault

Issued documents live in the client’s own vault, with package allowances tracked (1, 2, or an agreed Bespoke scope).

Business alerts

Attention items from SP Nexus appear in the portal so overdue capture, reviews and invoices are not missed.

Business deadline calendar

Reviews, document due dates and agreed follow-ups sit on a shared calendar for that workspace only.

Invoice tracker

Issued invoices, due dates and payment status are visible to the client. EFT details come from SP Nexus site settings.

Business performance trends

Health Score history is plotted so Elevate and Bespoke clients can see movement, not only a single month.

Ask SP Nexus

A signed-in assistant that explains the portal, the score and the current arrangement — not legal, tax or audit advice.

Templates and resources

Practical checklists and guides alongside the public Resources library.

Client progress and milestones

Agreed milestones for the arrangement are tracked so both sides can see what is done and what is next.

Request Support

A one-click support request from the portal, with a thread that stays inside that client’s workspace.

Different client types

Workspaces are marked as small, growing or established businesses, matching how SP Nexus structures support.

Client and admin portals

Clients see only their own workspace. Administrators prepare documents, books, invoices, alerts and mail.

Online packages and payments

Published packages can be requested online. Invoices are issued, paid by EFT against the invoice, then marked in the tracker.

Your SP Nexus Business Toolkit

An operating ecosystem — not a monthly PDF in an inbox.

Once the arrangement is agreed, the Client Portal is the toolkit: Health Score, dashboard, recommendations, document vault, tasks, a shared calendar, reminders, compliance tracking, reports, support and resources. The client sees their workspace. SP Nexus sees every client on the Master Calendar.

Business Health Score

A scored monthly view of how the business is running.

Dashboard

Category scores, alerts and the next work of the month in one place.

Monthly recommendations

Written priorities against the score, not a pile of emails.

Document vault

Issued documents, requests and expiry flags — isolated per client.

Task management

Assigned work with pending, in progress and completed.

Shared calendar

The client sees their dates. Admin sees every client on one Master Calendar.

Reminders

One-off or repeating monthly, quarterly or annually.

Compliance tracking

Agreed admin requirements for that business — not a tax product.

Reports

Health history you can open, compare and download.

Support

Request Support stays inside the workspace until it is resolved.

Business resources

Templates, FAQs and the public Resources library.

Approach

See clearly. Agree the arrangement. Work the month.

01

See the work clearly

The Business Health Check and, for clients, the ongoing score, show where administration, documents, finances, priorities and support are actually sitting.

02

Agree the arrangement

Core, Elevate or Bespoke. Pricing is published. Scope is written down. Nothing is added that is not in the package, unless we agree it.

03

Work the month

Administrative hours, documents, email support, and a priority review — reported, scored, and visible in the Client Portal.

Benefits

What changes once the work has a home

Capacity that does not depend on the founder

Monthly administrative support sits in the package, so operational work has a home outside the owner’s evening hours.

Documents that are ready when asked for

A set cadence replaces last-minute drafting when a bank, landlord, partner or team member needs something current.

A score you can watch

The Business Health Score, monthly report, and — on Elevate and Bespoke — trend insight, give a shared picture of how the business is running.

A named path from enquiry to ongoing work

Health Check or packages, then a consultation, a tailored arrangement and invoice, then the Client Portal for the work itself.

Packages

Core, Elevate, Bespoke

Pricing is published and editable internally. Nothing is added that is not in the package.

Client reflections

What the work feels like in practice

Begin with a score, or a conversation.

The Business Health Check is a preliminary view out of 100. A consultation is how we turn that into an arrangement and an invoice.
