Keeping business documents current

Why stale letters, policies and records cost more than they appear to — and how a monthly document cadence helps.

Documents tend to be written in a hurry and then left. A bank, landlord, partner or new team member asks for something current, and the scramble starts.

A cadence is slower and cheaper. One document a month on Core, two on Elevate, an agreed scope on Bespoke. The point is not volume. It is that the file the business actually uses is not a year old.

Issued documents live in the client’s own vault. They are not shared with another workspace. Expiry dates and requests sit next to the file so the next month’s work is visible before it becomes urgent.

SP Nexus prepares and issues. The client reads, stores and uses. That split is the package.
